or guaranties for projects that would otherwise be financially unfeasible.
Institutional Development Cooperation Program
Operated by the North American Development Bank, this program assists public
utilities within 100 kilometers of the U.S.-Mexico border in achieving
effective and efficient operation of their water, wastewater treatment,
municipal solid waste, and related services.

financing or loan guarantees for environmental infrastructure projects within
100 kilometers of the U.S.-Mexico border. Projects must involve potable water,
